Guide to Using the Handyy Room Paint Cost Calculator

This is an estimation for costing the price of labour and paint for a room in a house (assumes the room is in a fair condition with minor filling and repairs)

Using the Calculator

Input Room Measurements:
Length, Width, Height (metres): Provide the dimensions of the room.

Select Number of Coats: 
Choose between 1, 2, or 3 coats, affecting the quantity of paint required.

Choose Paint Type:
Select from the dropdown menu. Prices vary by brand and are based on 5-litre tins 

Include Skirting Boards and Door Frames:
– Tick the box if you wish to paint skirting boards, architraves, and door frames, which will adjust the cost accordingly.

Manage Rooms:
Use Add Room to include additional rooms, each customisable individually.
Use Remove Room to delete the last set of room details.

Calculate Total Cost
Press Calculate Total Cost to see the overall estimate at the bottom of the form.

Tips for Accurate Estimations
