At this highly popular Spa in North Wiltshire, Handyy was used to install 12 bespoke glass doors to the changing room facilities in both the male and female changing rooms. Due to the daily use, we were asked to carry out works ‘out of hours’ to enable the rooms to be used during normal opening hours.
The original doors were changed for new along with Hinges and Door Handles. This gave an instant refreshing look that the Spa Owners wanted to achieve.
The Doors offer an opaque look which although lets light pass through, also gives privacy to the user of the cubicles.
To finish off the practicality, new seals were added to the wet areas of the changing rooms
The glass is toughened and of satin finish. the doors are 8mm in thickness and the larger doors that are used for the entry and exit of the steam rooms and saunas are 10mm in thickness
One the measuring of the existing doors were finalised, the installation was over 3 nights this included the removal of existing doors, hinges and trim.
