What we did.

Handyy was invited to provide a new bathroom for a great client in Chippenham Wiltshire. This was to remove the existing bathroom with new and decorate the room.

While refurbishing a property in Chippenham, the client requested that we include the bathroom in the project. The bathroom, adjacent to the original master bedroom, would serve as an en-suite. The client had a reasonable budget and wanted to adhere to it while still giving the room a quality feel without going overboard. Handy assisted with the design and, upon approval, replaced the very outdated original bathroom

Plumbing Tiling and Decorating

The entire bathroom was refurbished using a basic suite, metro tiles, and Lamp Room Grey paint by Farrow and Ball. New pipework was installed, including ball valves for the basin, toilet, and bath

Bathroom suite

Bathroom Suite: Supplied by Victoria Plumb; included a standard bathroom suite and taps.
Pipework and Fittings: Organized by Handyy, including valves, waste, traps, and other necessary fittings.
Tiles: Sourced from Tops Tiles with grey grout by Mapei.
Finishing Touches:
- Oak beading from B&Q.
- Wall board, fixings, and glues supplied by Wickes.

How long did it take?

The bathroom refurbishment took 7 days in total to install.

Where was the property

The Property was located in one of the popular villages just outside of Chippenham Town Centre.

The project worked out great as we had other improvements to the property and not just the bathroom. The feedback fromt he client has been very positive and we have been offered more works at another property the client owns towards Melksham.
